They don't even know how to deliver packages the right away anymore

So why am I writing this article? Maybe to let everyone know Federal Express screwed me over. I ordered a package through the official NHL Shop. A Peter Forsberg Flyers Jersey. (Okay so hes not on the flyers but thats not why I am writing this article) The order process went fine and all. This evening when I checked the delivery status of the package it said "Delivered" Oh really now.... Delivered at the front porch at 6:35pm. Thats funny. I say its funny because I was sitting in my bedroom with the blinds open from 6pm to the present time (8:37pm as of this article) and did not see a Fed Ex Ground Truck on my street at the time they mentioned it was delivered. I was extremely upset. So I called up Fed Ex. The first person I got on the phone was very rude. Sounded like he was drinking a soda on the phone and belched right at me and then said something about the package to me. I hung up. I called back later, got a nice lady from San Diego Fed Ex Express. She apologized for the other rude person on the phone and told me she is going to do everything she can to make sure I get my package.or find out what happened to it at least. So now a trace on the package is in progress. I also called NHL.com Shop and they have escalated this with Fed Ex too. If they even try and scam me, I will file a dispute with the credit card company that I never got my merchandise.

So how do I feel right now after this article? I dunno... You tell me.....

I am a faithful customer of FedEx. I ship several packages each month via ground and air and have never had a single issue.

I know that they aren't perfect. Atleast they are better than UPS. If the window is 3-12 days, you'll get it in 12. It won't matter if it was shipped from two blocks down your street you'll see it in as many days as they have to get it there.

Hey Jason, You are soooo predictable. Always whining and crying. Nobody can make a mistake in your world. the last I heard you said you were selling your computer (AGAIN) and leaving for the summer. You are so full or crap.. It was so easy to find you this time. Kisses to moo

UPS is terrible. Boxes I get from UPS are usually all crunched up, and arrive late. If we're lucky, they leave the package and go. If not, they ring the doorbell to get someone to sign, then immediately leave. My wife is a stay at home Mom - she was there, and they just leave. Wait a minute for her to go down 2 flights of stairs, she's pregnant. Well, not anymore, but that's the way it was before we moved.

I've never had issues with FedEx, but I have had plenty with UPS (having an issue right now with them- I have a packaged that has been in one of their warehouses for a week and hasn't budged).

However, I would choose UPS over the US Postal System and day!

I found the USPS actually works pretty well.

I found the USPS actually works pretty well.

They've lost whole containers of product that we've shipped out before.  Never had that happen with anyone else.  My favorite, though, was when I got half of a check in the mail placed in a plastic bag with a "sorry" letter that basically said that they process millions of letters a day and I should be happy that more don't get ripped in half.  I got the other half about 2 months later.  lol

Oh, well, we got my son's social security card in an open envelope. No sorry, either. Yeah, great job, now his identity is whoever wants it.
