For those who are Gametap Subscribers running Gametap on 32 Bit Windows Vista, you will be happy to hear that Gametap has released an update this morning that cleans up the sound problems many have encountered in Windows Vista. Previously when trying to play the classic titles such as that from the Arcade or even Genesis Category the sound was scratchy and unbearable at times.

For some of you out there that subscribe to RealArcade's GamePass subscription service , you may have already received a letter in your email box that on the 27th, the price is going up to $9.99 a month. If everything is on track for tomorrow, according to Gametap's customer service knowledge base, a new version of the Gametap client with Windows Vista will be released tomorrow. As with all games, support is heavily dependant on what video card you have installed, and the driver version installed.

You are probably upset yet frustrated that you cannot play Gametap on Windows Vista right? Well according to their customer support area, on their scrolling ticker, Vista Support will come out on the 15th. This amazes me as lots of companies are scrambling around in record time to get their apps to work with Vista ASAP. So hang on tight guys, for those of you who are being deprived of your classic gaming fix, its worth the wait.

I recently purchased Konami's Arcade Live! USB Arcade Controller. It has 6 games. Gyruss, Contra, Time Pilot, Scramble, Track and Field, Yie Ar Kung Fu. Initially there were 5 at the start, but there was one more to download 2 months later after the product was released. Anyway it works like this. You plug int the controller to a USB Port. Every where you see a Casino game , whether it be for the computer , or a console or a handheld for that matter , chances are that they are rated E and in some cases T. Starting April 1st , the ESRB is now rating all casino games M. This is done to prevent minors from accessing material that may include betting like behavior , use of alcohol , and other language that parents do not want their younger kids to take part in.

Being that I was bored all weekend , I decided to download some PC version demos of well known popular SEGA Console titles.

The first demo I played was Sonic Adventure DX. This is the offcial english language version demo , although there are 2 demos in japanese following around , this demo combines the two.
